Based on the GWR Crocodile Boiler Trolly / Well Wagon. Several hundred of these low-slung vehicles were constructed throughout the GWR's history for the transportation of many awkward loads from locomotive boilers, rescue to naval buoys. It could even be used with both hand cranes for a different wagon base.

Lots of rivet detail. The well width is 95 mm between chassis rails, 5 mm rail clearance, the well is 185 mm long with a internal wagon length of 366 mm.
Overall the wagon is 422 mm long over couplings and 104 mm wide. Kit comes complete with 2ft 2" bogies and everything but paint and glue.
