Roof Fixing Jig
Designed to help the modeller fix roofs to carriages & wagons. Made of 3 mm ply with markings to aid the modeller in roof alignment. Width can be varied from 120 mm to 10 mm centres in 10 mm increments with movable rails, wide feet for stability.
Adding weight being superior to clamping as it allows for check set up before gluing and less fiddling. Available in two lengths: 200 mm and 400 mm. The shorter length being ideal for 1 & 2 compartment carriages, single compartment Alpines & four wheel goods wagons. The longer length for bogies vehicles, 2 compartment Alpines and 3 compartment carriages.
